Q. Where do I buy presale tickets?

Q. Can I buy tickets at the door?
A. Yes, but only 200 tickets will be available at the door on 11/23, 4 pm to when the tickets are sold out. We hate turning people away, but we need to have an exact count so that the food vendors are prepared.

Q. What does my pre-sale ticket get me?
A. Your $10 admission gets you access the event and some sweet perks for pre-sale tickets:
-$20 Postmates food delivery voucher
-Free slot play voucher from Seneca Niagara Casino on 11/23.
1/2 off one draft & $2 off 4-packs at the Lock Tender, 4 Lock Street, Lockport, NY, 11/23 to 12/1.
These perks do not apply to tickets purchased at the door.
Q. Can kids come?
A. Families are welcomed, of course. Children under 16 are free. Just email cheers@tapandcraft.com from the same email address that you booked your ticket with the number of kids coming, and we will make a note.
Q. Do I need to print my ticket?
A. No, we can scan on your phone. You can also print it out if you would like. Please have your ticket ready to scan and your photo idea ready as you enter the event space, so we can keep the line moving.
Q. How does the pizza tasting work?
A. You purchase $1 food tickets from the registration table after-entry. You can buy as many as you would like. The vendors are selling festival slices (party slice size) for 1-2 tickets. You can also use dollar bills to make your purchase, and you can make change at the registration table. Vendors are also selling full slices and other items that you can purchase separately. We think that $10 in tickets equals a nice sampling of great food at a fair price. So, $20 = a great meal, music, and a fun atmosphere. Food tickets are not included in the admission cost.
Q. What about drinks?
A. There will be two bars at the Festival of Slice, where you can purchase beer, wine, mixed drinks, soft drinks and water.
Q. Do the bars take credit cards?
A. Yes, and so does the registration table for your tickets.
Q. Where do I park?

A. There are a few options. The Niagara Falls Convention Center is offering a $5 parking validation for the municipal lot next to the convention center, accessible from Third Street. Please bring your parking print out into the event. There will be a validation station at the front table.
Q. Where do I enter the building?
A. Please enter the Niagara Falls Convention Center via the Old Falls Street entrance.
Q. Are there ticket refunds?
A. No, not at this close to the event.
